THERMOSTAT
To protect the resistance from possible overheating
due to lack of water, was introduced in 1974 on the Professional model and in
1990 on the model europiccola, the thermofuse that with increased temperature melts and stop
feeding.
In 1993 the thermofuse is replaced with the
thermostat, which interrupts the power by taking a central switch reactivated
easily.
