chapter 5 - the boiler
The boiler is made in copper and painted outside with a kind of lead paint.
The water can be heated by a gas burner or by a double heating element (600 W and 1200 W).
Has a lid fixed to the body by 2 flanges and 12 bolts, sealed by a teflon or rubber gasket (asbestos originally)
On the top there is the safety valve with a counterweight
This model has not pressurestat because for the one-group machines was an optional.
On the plate shows the identification codes of the machine
The boiler and pipes weight 9,5 kg. Total weight with chassis and sight glass is 19,5 kg.
