The Mokacream was produced in the 60s by a company in Biella.

 It has a piston operated by a double lever, type Gilda 54..

 

The heating element, housed under the boiler, is of the type used for electric coffee makers.

 

The coffee basket is very particular, with an internal shower disc blocked by a spring.
