The Bruni & Co. of Milan has produced two models of lever machine for domestic use, the "Brunella" and the "Petronilla" (version Piccolobar and Microbar) The Brunella is aesthetically very attractive and has an expression reminiscent of the monolithic statues of Easter Island. As other similar machines produced in the 60s, such as Zerowatt o La Peppina, the Brunella has a boiler not pressurized, with an heating element to heat water. Pushing the lever down, it compresses a spring and the piston lifts up, allowing the entry of water boiling in the group. Releasing the lever, the spring pushes the piston down and with it the water, that comes out through the shower plate and the holder filter. There are 4 versions with little difference between them.
